Dear Parent/ Carer
I write this newsletter with sadness in my heart; Many of you will know that we have recently lost our garden at Pre-School as the church unfortunately decided that they wanted the land back. We are also receiving more and more complaints from our neighbours and the church about parents parking outside the building – this has been an ongoing issue for a while.
This has left us with no option than to look for new premises.
After a difficult few months I am delighted to announce that we will be moving into our new premises over the Summer ready for the new term on in September 2023.
We will be moving to a property in Sparrows Herne with excellent transport links. We will occupy the entire commercial property; our toddlers will now have their own room and our pre-schoolers will be in a different room – this will give all the children fantastic play and learning opportunities with children of their own age.
And the good news doesn’t stop there! We are now also registered to take babies from the age of 6 months.

Our last day of term is 20th July. We will be back in our new home on 11th September 2023.

Birthdays
A big happy birthday to Shamintha, Riaan, Asher, Dabira and Junior who are celebrating birthdays in August. We hope you all have fun with your family and friends.
Sports Day
Our annual Sports Day will take place on 20th July at King George Recreation Park. All children should come straight to the park by 10am. We will end the event with a picnic in the park and invite parents to bring a picnic along for your child and yourselves.
Leavers Party
Mr Marvel Thursday will be coming to Pre-School on 13th July from 12noon -1pm. All children are welcome to attend the party. If your child only attends during the morning you will need to collect them at 1pm.
Afternoon children will need to be dropped off by 11:30am in order to join in the party.
Pre-School Photos
All the children that had their graduation photos taken by Mary Hennessy will receive a link to purchase the photos shortly.
End of Year Report
Your child’s end of year report will be available from 10th July. It will be available on Babysdays where you can download it for future reference.

Parking
We are receiving a number of complaints from neighbours living in the cottages. Please remember there is NO parking outside Pre-School. This includes dropping off and picking up. Please use the FREE carpark at Kemp Place car park.
