Dear Parent/ Carer
Autumn has well and truly arrived and we are having lots of fun exploring this wonderful season at Pre-School.
We have lots of other great themes planned this month too:
3rd – 7th October – Space/ Grandparents Day
10th – 14th October – The Alphabet
17th – 21st October – Shapes/ Diwali
A quick reminder that Pre-School will be closed for Half Term Monday 24th – Friday 28th October.
As you are bringing in more coats, hats and gloves now the weather is getting cooler, please ensure you label all your child’s belongings so we can return them at the end of every day.

Birthdays
A big Happy Birthday to all those celebrating a birthday in October; Ariadna, Bronagh, Eabha, Sumaya and Temi. We know Logan celebrated a birthday in September too – we hope you had a great day with all your friends and family.
Welcome
Welcome to all the new children that join us this month Junior, Aelyn-Antonia, Ariadna, Bella, Bronagh, Chloe, Eabha, and Riaan. We’re sure you’ll settle in quickly and make lots of new friends here at Startright.
Grandparents Day
This week we will be celebrating Grandparents Day and would like to invite Grandparents to come and join us for story time. Please drop us a message if you think your child’s grandparent would like to join us.
Pick up time
A polite reminder that Pre-School finishes at 3pm every day. Many of our teachers need to leave promptly to collect their own children from school so please ensure you are here on time.
Tennis
Every Monday the children will have a tennis lesson at a cost of £3 per child. This is a popular lesson with all the children hoping to become the next Wimbledon champ!
French
Our French lessons take place every Wednesday at a cost of £3 per child. This is a wonderful opportunity for the children to explore and learn a new language.
Parking
Please be advised that there are no parking facilities outside the Pre-School building. There are plenty of spaces on the road outside the village shops and in Kemp Place.
